Fun Dance Fitness Classes

At West Sligo Family Resource Centre (WSFRC), we believe that fitness should be enjoyable and accessible to everyone. To promote physical well-being within our community, we offer a variety of engaging fitness programmes suitable for all ages.

Our Fun Dance Fitness sessions are designed to provide a lively and enjoyable workout experience. Led by experienced instructors, these classes combine energetic dance routines with fitness exercises, ensuring participants have a great time while staying active.

Classes are held every Friday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Duration

Each class lasts for one hour.

€8 per session.
